iPhora AppBuilder is a no-code design tool for creating processes and organizing them into apps. It is main portal for user participation in processes, and it organizes those users into places, which can correspond to groups, departments, locations, companies, or any other division of labor suitable for your purpose. It supports both internal and external users, and includes tools for hierarchical deployment, which means that any number of places can be provisioned identically, with user access rights flowing seamlessly from higher to lower levels, but with strict data siloing between places at the same level. This makes iPhora AppPlace ideal for deploying processes that directly involve outside distributors, suppliers, or customers.
iPhora Automate - Basic is your starting point to automating your business. This limited edition is available at no cost. It includes the no-code visual workflow designers that allows anyone within your organization to create and deploy up to 10 workflow apps. There is no limit on the number of task and actions that you can have in your workflow app. Unlike some other solutions, iPhora Automate flows never expire.
With the Professional Edition, there is no limit on the number of workflow apps that can be created by users. Users can include in their design a variety of data connectors to popular cloud-based services like electronic signature and email services. Since your processes may involve both internal and external users it is important that your automation platform can easily deploy processes to all types of users. The Professional Edition allows users to create place-based workflow apps to deploy processes to external users like partners, distributors or suppliers whom play as critical part of your business operation. Utilizing the security and isolation capabilities of iPhora AppPlace, each instance of the same process is isolated between external users.
Many businesses have unique processes that require specialized functionality, such as data connections to custom services. iPhora Automate - Advanced provides all the functionality of iPhora Automate - Professional Edition plus the ability for developers to create custom components, which can then be utilized by business users in their own processes.
